Jewish Live Streaming Worship in Houston

In an effort to leverage technology to bring our message to both congregates and the community at large, Congregation Beth Israel provides Houston Jewish live streaming worship services.

The Benefits of Live Streaming Jewish Worship

Our congregation is the oldest Jewish congregation in all of Texas, and we are constantly striving to innovate and seek new ways to better serve the community. Our Jewish live streaming worship in Houston is an asset for a few reasons:

Convenience: For starters, live streaming allows for local men and women of the Jewish faith that are unable to physically make it to our synagogue to partake in the worship service. With this great feature, you can worship anywhere.

Exposure: As one of the few Houston Jewish live streaming community congregations, we are able to allow men and women of the Jewish faith from all around the country to witness our approach to worship.

Education: For those in the community that might not know much about the Jewish faith, but are interested in learning, our Houston Jewish live streaming worship services are a non-intimidating, low-pressure avenue in which to do so.

Our Jewish live streaming worship in Houston is broadcasted live from our website. We feature our services from Friday nights and Saturday mornings. You can access our website to get a full schedule of our live stream activities.

The Hurricane Harvey Flood Fund

Hurricane Harvey left Houston and surrounding areas in a shambles, but the great people of Houston are banding together to help and heal. Your help is welcome and needed. You may send Gift Cards (Kroger, Target, HEB, Lowe’s, or Visa/Mastercard, etc.) to Congregation Beth Israel. They will be immediately distributed to area neighbors to assist in replacing essential items and children’s school supplies.

You may also Donate directly to Congregation Beth Israel by clicking here. All funds will go directly to aid those who need immediate help. These funds will NOT be held to be allocated later. On behalf of our clergy (Rabbi David Lyon, Rabbi Adrienne Scott, Rabbi Joshua Herman, Rabbi Chase Foster, and Cantor Trompeter), David Scott, Executive Director, and Bruce Levy, Temple President, we are very grateful for your kindness, generosity, and help.

Hurt has no shame and no label; we just need to heal one another.

Rabbi David Lyon
