Memorial Tree Leaves
The Memorial Trees, located in the Donor Plaza at Beth Israel Memorial Garden on Antoine, hold 700 custom metal leaves that are intended to be engraved in the memory of loved ones. The trees serve as a beautiful way to visit and remember loved ones, especially those that are resting elsewhere. This special addition to our cemetery also serves as a donor naming opportunity.
Orders for leaves will be filled twice each year, during the High Holy Day season and in the Spring for Tu Bishvat, or Jewish Arbor Day. Each leaf can be inscribed on the front side or both the front and backside. The front side will have the loved one’s name/birthdate/death date. The back side may either be blank, have the same information as the front side, or alternatively may be inscribed with the name(s) of those remembering the loved one.
If you wish to purchase with a check, please contact Kathy Parven, Cemetery Director, or call 713-771-6221 x310 to receive a physical form that you will mail in with the check.
