Congregation Beth Israel is planning to offer an Adult B'nei Mitzvah Class for the 2008-2009 School Year. Those interested should contact Greg in Cantor Gerber's office. You may reach him by email or by calling 713/771-6221 x311.

To participate in the class you should
1) be able to read Hebrew,
2) be available for classes on Sunday mornings [exact time not yet set],
3) be available for individual tutoring in preparation for reading part of the Torah Portion at a Shabbat Service, and
4) be available to help lead Adult B'nei Mitzvah Shabbat Services at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2009, and at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2009.
