The Leadership Development Committee facilitates the development of future leaders of our Congregation. The Committee invites groups of members who are interested in becoming more engaged in Congregational activities and assuming leadership responsibilities in Beth Israel to participate in a series of sessions designed to educate the participants about our rich history, our current structure and our future challenges and opportunities.
