BIFTY- (Beth Israel Federation of Temple Youth)
BIFTY is our congregation’s High School Youth Group. Activities include monthly get togethers combining social, religious and social action programs. It’s a great way to make friends and maintain your connections to Beth Israel and your faith. BIFTY is also a part of NFTY-TOR (National Federation of Temple Youth-Texas-Oklahoma Region). This group provides even more fun and interesting opportunities for year-round programming and conventions with Jewish youth across Texas and Oklahoma.If you are interested in joining BIFTY, please contact Michelle Renfrow, the BIFTY advisor and new Youth Director, at mrenfrow@beth-israel.org or call at 713-771-6221 x340.

18- Smash burger and shopping at the Town Center in Sugar Land 1-pm. Meet at Smash Burger
26- BIFTY pizza hour- 1-2pm in the BIFTY lounge. No charge.
March
3- 5:30-9pm- Pre Purim set up and party- Meet in the Social Hall at 5:30- wear clothes you can get dirty in
4- 10am-2pm- PURIM CARNIVAL!- Community Service Hours available.
7- 5pm- Pizza night and spiel- $10 per person- Meet in the Social Hall
23- 6:30pm- Beatles Shabbat- Dress as your favorite Beatle and help pass out guides and oneg.
25- BIFTY pizza hout- 1-2pm in the BIFTY lounge.
April
3- JSERVE- TBA
7- Second Night Seder at Beth Israel- TBA
15- Beth Israel Mitzvah Day- help set up in the am and then join Trees for Houston to replant trees in Houston's needed areas
20- M D Anderson Shabbat 5:30-6pm at the Rotary House
22- Yom HaShoah at Brith Shalom 3pm
