    From your Simchas to the loss of a loved one, we can assist you in selecting the perfect setting for your event.

    Marsha Gilbert, Beth Israel’s Special Events and Catering Manager, is the person to call to start planning any event.

    We will coordinate your planning with our maintenance, kitchen, and security personnel to ensure that your event goes beautifully and smoothly. We will also provide you with a list of Beth Israel Preferred Caterers who have agreed to provide our members with specially priced fixed menus in addition to their full catering menus.

    Please remember that Beth Israel is not a substitute for your own event or party planner. We offer support, guidance, and coordination between the Temple, you, and your professional consultants.

    Venue Details

    Wolff-Toomim Social Hall
    The perfect setting for Kiddush Luncheons and Wedding Receptions to Shabbat Dinners and Baby Namings, the Social Hall can be subdivided to accommodate events from 100-550. The view of the Meditation Garden adds to the beauty of this room. The versatility of this room makes its use very flexible. For smaller events, partitions can be used to fit this room to your event.- half accommodates 250 and a quarter of the room accommodates 125.

    Ladin Dining Room
    This intimate space is adjacent to our main kitchen and is perfect for Shabbat Dinners, Birthday and Anniversary celebrations from 60 with buffet service to a seated setting for 70.

    Wolff-Toomim Meditation Garden
    This beautiful courtyard can be the ideal setting for a small wedding or a cocktail reception for 100-125 attendees. An added plus to this setting is that it can be used in conjunction with the Social Hall for cocktails or dessert.

    All Purpose Room
    This space, located in the Kaufman building, is very versatile and can accommodate up to 200 (210 w/ Atrium food service). The atrium space exterior to the room is ideal for additional serving or seating space. Shabbat dinners and Kiddush luncheons are perfect for this room, which has the added advantage of an attached warming kitchen.

    Levit Hall
    Surrounded by windows and views of the ravine, the Assembly Room is well-suited for wedding ceremonies, birthday and anniversary parties, Kiddush luncheons and Shabbat dinners. Depending on the set up, this room can accommodate functions with food service for 300 (with a dance floor) to 350 people (without dance floor). For functions with auditorium style seating, 300 attendees can be accommodated with our seats for 500 guests with rented chairs.

    President’s Room or Board Room
    These more intimate spaces have been the scene for Bris/Baby Namings to Shabbat Dinners for 50 guests. Located in the Hurwitz building, these rooms are convenient to the Chapel.
