The Spring semester of Basic Judaism will begin on January 17, 2012. This course is designed for those wishing to learn more about Judaism, including those interested in conversion. The 13-week course will be led by Rabbi Scott, Rabbi Miller, Rabbi Lyon and Cantor Mutlu. The course features a variety of presentations, discussions and holiday celebrations. We meet at the Congregation on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. weekly. The registration fee for the class is $54.00, payable to Congregation Beth Israel (Attn: Jayne). Payment is due before the first class and only receipt of the fee guarantees a seat in this popular class.
