SHARE THE LOAD
Donations to Share the Load help close the gap between our budgeted expenses and our actual expenses for many of our programs. Click this link to see a copy of our latest Share the Load brochure.

HIGH HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE
The congregation’s youth and the Social Justice Committee are partnering on this year’s High Holiday Food drive! Please bring non-perishable food items with you to Yom Kippur services to be donated to the Houston Food Bank. Youth volunteers will be on hand before the children’s services and the morning service to receive your donations. Collection bins will also be available outside of Levit Hall during the Yom Kippur Alternative Service. Help begin the year with a mitzvah and help us to fight hunger in our community.

ENCOUNTERING ISRAEL
Stop by the Margolis Art Gallery to see the fabulous exhibit by renowned photographer, Susan Ressler, of Taos, New Mexico. Encountering Israel will be on exhibit through October 2016.
And don't forget to sign up for our October 13th, 1:30 p.m. Private Home Art Tour to see two fabulous homes and their wonderful art collections.
Contact Sara Kaiser in the temple office, 713-771-6221, x301 for questions or to sign up.

TALMUD STUDY
Talmud study will meet on Wednesdays at 3:00 p.m. in the Margolis Gallery North. We are studying from the Tractate Megillah. No prior experience in Talmud study is necessary.
